1. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

2. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY HANDMADE PRODUCTS?

Each product comes with specific care instructions to ensure its longevity. Generally, we recommend gentle hand washing for fabric items and spot cleaning for accessories.

3. DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS?

Yes, we offer customization options for some of our products. If you are interested in a custom order, please contact us with your specific requirements, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days. For international orders, transit will take 10 to 20 business days

5. MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN’T WORKING

Tracking numbers can take 1-2 days to appear in the shipping carrier's system. Occasionally, the shipping carrier can lose an order. If the tracking number is still not working within a few days, please contact the shipping carrier.

6. I NEED HELP WITH A LATE ORDER

f your order has not arrived after 10 business days (domestic) and 20 business days (international), please contact our team, we are happy to assist.
